A globally recognized standard, RPM-Academy Certification acknowledges a person's mastery of the principles, tools and methods appropriate for the program completed. 

RPM-Academy offers certification in Lean/Lean Six Sigma;

To achieve Certification, the applicant must;

  1. Complete formal training (Click here to download course listings)
  2. Successfully write a formal, online Certification exam
  3. Demonstrate ability to apply tools & methods (ex. project)

Yellow Belt: Course completion, online Certification exam, and confirmation of applicant having facilitated a small ("kaizen") process improvement event using some of the tools/methods acquired in their Yellow Belt program.

Green Belt: Course completion, online Certification exam, and confirmation of applicant having facilitated a kaizen (or equivalent) process improvement project using some of the tools/methods acquired in their Green Belt program.

Black Belt: Provide evidence that they have successfully facilitated a larger process improvement project (aka “DMAIC”, “Value Stream Transformation”) using some of the tools/methods acquired in their Black Belt program.

Students registering for Certification programs will be provided with guide that includes templates for “project/event” submission.
